The invention belongs to the field of hoisting construction of large equipment, and particularly relates to a construction method for hoisting a boiler drum in place. The method comprises the following steps: hoisting a steam drum to the position of a steam drum in-place elevation line by adopting a single crawler crane arranged on one side outside the boiler; after the steam pocket is hoisted to the position of the in-position elevation line, a tower crane arranged on the other side outside the boiler is adopted for installing the temporary hanging beam; a steel wire rope is adopted, one end of the steam pocket is temporarily hung on the first formal suspender beam, and the other end of the steam pocket is temporarily hung on the temporary hanging beam; after the temporary hanging process is finished, the crawler crane and the steam pocket are unhooked; a second formal suspender beam is installed through the tower crane; through cooperation of the chain block and the crawler crane, the longitudinal and transverse center lines and the in-position elevation of the steam drum are adjusted, and final in-position of the steam drum is completed. According to the construction method provided by the invention, the temporary hanging beam is used as a tool for positioning the steam drum, so that the steam drum is prevented from translating forwards by utilizing a pulley block, and the steam drum mounting process is safer and more reliable compared with an inclined hoisting mode in a steam drum furnace.

    本发明属于大件设备吊装施工领域,具体涉及一种锅炉汽包吊装就位的施工方法。所述方法包括以下步骤:采用设置在锅炉外一侧的履带吊单机吊装汽包,吊至汽包就位标高线的位置;将汽包吊至就位标高线的位置后,采用设置在锅炉外另一侧的塔吊安装临挂梁;采用钢丝绳,将汽包的一端临挂到第一正式吊杆梁上,并将汽包的另一端临挂到所述临挂梁上;临挂过程结束后,将履带吊和汽包脱钩;采用所述塔吊安装第二正式吊杆梁;通过手拉葫芦与履带吊配合,调整汽包的纵横中心线及就位标高,完成汽包的最终就位。本发明提供的施工方法利用临挂梁作为汽包就位的工具,避免了汽包利用滑轮组向前平移,相较于汽包炉内倾斜吊装的模式使得汽包安装过程更加安全可靠。
