The invention relates to the field of nuclear power equipment, in particular to a guide supporting column adjusting tool for a reactor core detector. The adjusting tool comprises a gripper assembly, a support assembly, a lifting assembly and a support lug operating rod. The support assembly comprises an outer cylinder, a support sleeve, an end sleeve and a fixed handle. The outer side of the outer cylinder is sleeved with the support sleeve, the top of the support sleeve is connected with the end sleeve, and a fixed handle is welded to the side wall of the support sleeve; an upper hole and a lower hole are further formed in the side wall of the end sleeve, and a sliding groove is formed between the holes. The lifting assembly comprises a core rod, a push rod head and a lifting handle; the lower end of the core rod is a push rod head; one end of the lifting handle penetrates through a hole in the side wall of the end sleeve and is connected with the upper end of the core rod; the lifting handle moves up and down along the sliding groove and is clamped in the upper hole or the lower hole to be fixed. The core rod is of a hollow structure, and the supporting lug operation rod is inserted into the core rod and used for adjusting opening and closing of the supporting lug. The gripper assembly comprises a gripper seat and a gripper; the upper part of the grabhook seat is connected with the outer cylinder, the lower part of the grabhook seat is provided with the rotating shafts, and each rotating shaft is provided with one grabhook; the grabhook seat is of a hollow structure, the core rod penetrates through the grabhook seat and the outer cylinder, and the push rod head is located between the grabhooks and moves up and down to control opening and closing of the grabhooks. According to the invention, the on-line adjustment of the guide support column and the opening and closing integration function of the support lug are realized.

    本发明涉及核电设备领域,尤其涉及堆芯探测器导向支撑柱调整工具。所述调整工具,包括:抓头组件,支座组件,提升组件,支耳操作杆;所述支座组件包括外筒,支座套管,端部套管及固定手柄;所述支座套管套设在外筒的外侧,其顶部与端部套管连接,所述支座套管的侧壁上焊接有固定手柄;所述端部套管的侧壁上还设有上下两个孔,孔之间设有滑槽;所述提升组件包括芯杆、推杆头和提升手柄;所述芯杆的下端为推杆头;所述提升手柄的一端穿过端部套管的侧壁上的孔与芯杆的上端连接;所述提升手柄沿滑槽上下运动,且卡接在上孔或者下孔中,实现固定;所述芯杆为中空结构,支耳操作杆插入芯杆中,用于调整支耳的开合;所述抓头组件包括抓爪座,抓爪;所述抓爪座上部与外筒连接,抓爪座下部安装转轴,每个转轴上安装一个抓爪;所述抓爪座为中空结构,芯杆从抓爪座及外筒内穿过,推杆头位于抓爪之间,推杆头上下移动控制抓爪开合。本发明有助于实现导向支撑柱在线调整及支耳启闭集成化功能。
