According to the method, an encoding module suitable for steel rail corrugation feature extraction is integrated in a cascaded spatial pyramid pooling structure, and an efficient attention mechanism module is introduced during multi-feature fusion in a decoding stage, so that effective spatial interaction is carried out, expected representation on channel dimensions is enhanced, and the accuracy of feature extraction is improved. The model can automatically and accurately detect the corrugation state of the steel rail.
