The invention discloses an OBU-based highway vehicle parking real-time monitoring method, which comprises the steps of dividing a highway into a plurality of intervals, receiving vehicle information acquired by monitoring equipment located at a starting point, a terminal point and a ramp of the intervals, and if the monitoring equipment at the ramp acquires the same vehicle information after a vehicle enters the intervals, determining that the vehicle is parked. If the vehicle is not driven out of the ramp within the first preset longest time, marking the vehicle as a suspected parking vehicle; after the vehicle enters the interval, if the monitoring equipment at the ramp does not acquire the information of the same vehicle and does not drive out of the interval within the second preset longest time, marking the vehicle as a suspected parking vehicle; if the suspected parked vehicle exists in the interval, the interval average speed is calculated and compared with the interval preset minimum running speed to judge whether the interval is congested or not, if yes, the mark of the suspected parked vehicle is cancelled, and if not, the suspected parked vehicle is judged to be the parked vehicle. The problem of false alarm in real-time monitoring of parking of vehicles on a highway in the prior art is solved.

    本发明公开一种基于OBU的高速公路车辆停驶实时监测方法,包括:将高速公路划分为若干区间,接收位于区间起点、终点、匝道处的监测设备获取的车辆信息,车辆进入区间后若匝道处的监测设备获取到同一车辆信息,且未在第一预设最长时间内从匝道驶出,则标记该车辆为疑似停驶车辆;车辆进入区间后若匝道处的监测设备未获取到同一车辆信息且未在第二预设最长时间内从区间驶出,则标记该车辆为疑似停驶车辆;若区间内存在疑似停驶车辆,则计算区间均速,与区间预设最小行驶速度进行比较判断区间是否拥堵,若拥堵则将疑似停驶车辆的标记取消,若不拥堵则判断疑似停驶车辆为停驶车辆。解决了现有技术对高速公路车辆进行停驶实时监测时存在的误报问题。
