According to the method, the influence of the waiting queue at the stop line of the intersection on the mixed traffic control and the influence of the interaction of the CAV and the HDV on the traffic capacity, efficiency and safety under the condition of the mixed traffic flow are fully considered, and the coordinated optimization of the intersection signal and the vehicle speed is systematically considered from the perspective of an information physical system.
