The invention discloses a method for horizontally installing a reactor core bottom plate and a special lifting appliance. The method comprises the following steps: vertically arranging and leveling a reactor shell; bottom plate edge protection sleeves are uniformly mounted on the outer circumference of the reactor core bottom plate; the reactor core bottom plate is horizontally lifted into the reactor shell through a special lifting appliance for the reactor core bottom plate; in the hoisting process, when the reactor core bottom plate is close to the supporting piece in the shell, a guide column is inserted into a plate hole of the reactor core bottom plate, and the reactor core bottom plate is located on the supporting piece through the guide column; the guide columns are pulled out to measure the levelness of the reactor core bottom plate, when the deviation value of the levelness is not within a preset error range, the reactor core bottom plate is lifted away from the shell, a leveling gasket is arranged on the reactor core bottom plate according to the deviation value, and the reactor core bottom plate is horizontally lifted and located on the supporting piece in the reactor shell again. Collision between the reactor core bottom plate and the shell can be reduced, protection is carried out through the bottom plate edge protection sleeve during collision, and the mounting precision of the reactor core bottom plate in the reactor shell can be improved.

    本发明公开一种堆芯底板水平安装方法及专用吊具,该方法包括将反应堆壳体竖向设置并调平;在堆芯底板的外圆周均匀安装底板边缘保护套;通过堆芯底板专用吊具对堆芯底板进行水平起吊至反应堆壳体内;在吊装过程中,当堆芯底板接近于壳体内的支撑件时,在堆芯底板的板孔内插入导向柱,通过导向柱将堆芯底板坐落于支撑件上;拔出导向柱测量堆芯底板的水平度,当水平度的偏差值不在预定误差范围内时,将堆芯底板吊离出壳体,根据偏差值在堆芯底板上设置调平垫片,重新将堆芯底板水平吊装坐落于反应堆壳体内的支撑件上。本发明能够减少堆芯底板与壳体发生碰撞且在碰撞时通过底板边缘保护套进行保护,能够提高堆芯底板在反应堆壳体内的安装精度。
