Through the above mode, the target charging power is determined based on the charging allowable power, the braking energy recovery power, the target output power of the generator and the target output power of the engine, the to-be-charged battery is charged according to the target charging power, and the charging power of the battery is determined through comprehensive consideration of multiple dimensions. Accurate control over the charging power is achieved, the battery is charged through the optimal charging strategy, and the situation that the service life and performance of the battery are affected due to overcharging or insufficient charging is avoided.
