The invention relates to the technical field of yacht accessories, and particularly discloses a yacht autopilot stick fixing device which comprises a base, a telescopic rod and a fixing sleeve, one end of the telescopic rod is installed on the base, and the other end of the telescopic rod is rotationally connected with the fixing sleeve. The fixing sleeve comprises a first clamping part and a second clamping part rotationally connected with the first clamping part, the telescopic rod comprises a rotary connecting part and a base connecting part telescopically connected with the rotary connecting part, and one end of the rotary connecting part is connected with the second clamping part through a rotary adjusting mechanism; and the other end of the rotary connecting part is telescopically connected with the base connecting part through a telescopic adjusting mechanism. The fixing sleeve is arranged to clamp and fix the autopilot stick, the steering angle can be adjusted through the rotation adjusting mechanism, the placing height of the autopilot stick can be adjusted through the telescopic adjusting mechanism, and therefore the operation requirements of sailing in different directions can be met, and the phenomenon of yawing caused by swinging can be avoided.
