The invention discloses a non-rod-cone type modularized cubesat electromagnetic docking mechanism, which belongs to the field of spacecraft on-orbit docking, and comprises four detachable electromagnets for controlling two satellites to approach each other under electromagnetic force and storing the two satellites in detachable electromagnet storage tanks respectively, and the electromagnet storage tanks are connected to outer layer panels of the satellites; the satellite outer layer panel serves as a cubic satellite shell, the weight reduction design is adopted, and the middle part is a butt joint locking mechanism of the electromagnetic butt joint mechanism; the butt-joint locking mechanism adopts a butt-joint design without dividing male and female parts, and when two satellites are in butt joint, two sets of identical butt-joint paws are buffered by a unique'similar receiving cone ', enter a'three-finger-inter-finger groove' position and then are controlled by a motor to perform locking operation. A universal design is adopted on the whole, all satellites can adopt the completely same mechanism to achieve butt joint, and the mechanism is different from a male and female butt joint adopted by existing spaceflight butt joint.

    本发明公开了一种非杆锥式的模块化立方星电磁对接机构,属于航天器在轨对接领域,包括有:四块可拆卸电磁铁,控制两卫星在电磁力下相互接近,其被分别储存在可拆卸的电磁铁储槽内,电磁铁储槽连接在卫星外层面板上;卫星外层面板作为立方星外壳,采用减重设计,中部为此电磁对接机构的对接锁紧机构;对接锁紧机构采用不分公母的对接设计,在两个卫星对接时,两套完全相同的对接手爪将经过独特的“类接纳锥”缓冲、进入“三指‑指间凹槽”位置后,由电机控制进行锁紧操作。整体采用“普适化”设计,各个卫星均可采用完全相同的该机构便可实现对接,有别于现行航天对接采用的“公母对接”。
