The invention provides a swing reduction device of a bridge crane hook group, which comprises a telescopic rod, a plurality of displacement sensors, a control device and a driving device, the lower end of the telescopic rod is arranged at the top of a lifting plate of the lifting hook group, and the middle is mounted on the telescopic rod mounting seat through a self-aligning roller bearing; the displacement sensors are arranged on a trolley frame of the bridge crane, are uniformly arranged on the circumference taking the telescopic rod as a circle center, and are used for detecting the position of the telescopic rod; the displacement sensor outputs displacement data of the telescopic rod to the control device, and the control device analyzes the swinging direction of the lifting hook set according to the received multiple displacement data and outputs a driving instruction to the driving device; and the driving device executes the driving instruction to drive a cart or a trolley of the bridge crane to decelerate or accelerate. The swing amplitude of the lifting hook set is monitored through the multiple displacement sensors, the control device controls the driving device of the cart or the trolley in the corresponding direction to decelerate or accelerate according to the swing amplitude of the lifting hook set, and swing of the lifting hook set can be relieved.

    本发明提供了一种桥式起重机吊钩组的减摇摆装置,包括伸缩杆和多个位移传感器,以及控制装置和驱动装置;伸缩杆的下端设于吊钩组的吊板的顶部,中部通过调心滚子轴承安装在伸缩杆安装座上;位移传感器设于桥式起重机的小车架上,均匀设置在以伸缩杆为圆心的圆周上,用于检测伸缩杆的位置;位移传感器将伸缩杆的位移数据输出到控制装置,控制装置根据接收到的多个位移数据分析吊钩组的摆动方向,向驱动装置输出驱动指令;驱动装置执行驱动指令,驱动桥式起重机的大车或小车减速或加速。本发明的通过多个位移传感器监测吊钩组的摆动幅度,控制装置根据吊钩组的摆动幅度,控制对应方向的大车或小车的驱动装置减速或加速,可以减轻吊钩组的摇摆。
