The invention relates to a method for preventing swinging and hoisting equipment, belongs to the technical field of hoisting, and aims to solve the problem that an execution part driven by a common frequency converter in the technical field of hoisting cannot be prevented from swinging or shaking in the running process. The method comprises the following steps: setting an initial position and a target position of the execution part in a control part; the current position of the execution component is monitored in real time; calculating a running distance required by the execution component according to the current position and the target position; according to the required operation distance and a set operation strategy, the operation direction, the operation speed, the acceleration and the deceleration of an execution component are determined; transmitting the running direction, the running speed, the accelerated speed and the decelerated speed to the control component, and controlling an execution component of the hoisting equipment to run by the control component according to the received running direction, running speed, accelerated speed and decelerated speed. On the basis of not changing the existing hardware, the operation stability of the execution component of the hoisting equipment is improved.

    一种防止摇摆的方法及吊运设备,属于吊装技术领域,用以解决吊装技术领域中由普通变频器驱动的执行部件在运行过程中无可避免地摇摆或者摇晃的问题,包括:在控制部件中设置执行部件的初始位置和目标位置;实时监测执行部件的当前位置;根据当前位置与目标位置计算执行部件需要的运行距离;根据所述需要的运行距离和设定的运行策略,确定执行部件的运行方向、运行速度、加速度和减速度;将所述运行方向、运行速度、加速度和减速度传输到所述控制部件,由所述控制部件依据收到的所述运行方向、运行速度、加速度和减速度控制吊运设备的执行部件运行。实现了在不改变现有硬件的基础上,提升了吊运设备执行部件运行的稳定性。
