The invention provides a novel mine truck self-unloading carriage system which is installed on a frame and comprises a truck hopper, a lifting hydraulic cylinder and a rear cover, the rear end of the frame is hinged to the rear cover, the truck hopper is a rectangular groove, the top face and the rear end face of the rectangular groove are open, the two side faces of the rectangular groove are rectangular frames, and the novel mine truck self-unloading carriage system further comprises an unloading assembly which comprises a plurality of side rollers and a plurality of bottom rollers. The side rollers are adjacently arranged in rectangular frames on the two side faces of the car hopper side by side and form car hopper side walls together with the rectangular frames, the upper ends of the side rollers are rotationally connected to the rectangular frames, and the bottom rollers are adjacently arranged on a car frame side by side through bearing seats to form a car hopper bottom plate. The two sides of each bottom roller correspond to one side roller and are in transmission connection with the lower ends of the side rollers through cross shaft universal joints, a driving roller driven by a hydraulic motor is arranged on the bottom face of the frame, the belt surrounds the driving roller and the bottom rollers, and the bottom rollers are driven by the belt to rotate. According to the system, the rollers are installed on the two sides and the bottom of the car hopper to achieve outward conveying of materials, unloading can be completed without lifting the car hopper, meanwhile, through the telescopic effect of the hydraulic cylinders arranged in the rollers on the two sides, the rollers at the two ends move towards the center under the axial pressure, a ship-shaped structure is formed, material rolling is effectively reduced, and the unloading process is accelerated.

    本发明提供一种新型矿卡自卸车厢系统,安装在车架上,包括车斗、举升液压缸、后盖,车架后端铰接后盖,车斗为一个矩形槽,矩形槽的顶面、后端面开放,两侧面为矩形框架,还包括卸货总成,包括若干侧辊、若干底辊,若干侧辊并排相邻设置在车斗两侧面矩形框架内,与矩形框架共同构成车斗侧壁,侧辊的上端转动连接在矩形框架上,若干底辊通过轴承座并排相邻设置在车架上,形成车斗底板,每个底辊的两侧对应一个侧辊并通过十字轴万向节与侧辊下端传动连接,所述车架底面设置有由液压马达驱动的主动辊,皮带环绕主动辊和若干底辊设置,通过皮带带动若干底辊转动。该系统通过在车斗两侧及底部安装辊来实现物料的外输,无需举升车斗即可完成卸货,同时通过两侧辊内置液压缸的伸缩作用,使得两端滚筒在轴向压力下向中心移动,形成船型结构,有效减少物料翻滚并加速卸货过程。
