The elevator door anti-pinch device comprises an elevator door main body, an electromechanical box is arranged at the top of the elevator door main body, the elevator door main body is connected with the electromechanical box through a lifting lug, an anti-pinch combined frame is arranged on the inner side face in the elevator door main body, and an anti-pinch plate is arranged in the anti-pinch combined frame; a plastic protective sleeve is arranged on the outer end face of the anti-pinch plate, grooves are formed in the upper portion and the lower portion of the middle of the plastic protective sleeve, infrared sensors are arranged in the grooves, and the inner end face of the anti-pinch plate is fixedly connected with the anti-pinch combined frame through a fixed telescopic rod and a fixed telescopic sleeve. The infrared sensor is arranged in the middle of the inner end face of the anti-pinch plate, human bodies can be sensed through the infrared sensor, a signal is sent to the control device, an elevator door is prevented from being closed in time, the elevator door is prevented from pinching people, and the infrared sensor and the anti-pinch plate are assembled into a whole, so that the dual anti-pinch effect can be achieved.

    本发明公开了一种电梯门防夹装置及方法,包括电梯门主体,所述电梯门主体的顶部设有机电箱,所述电梯门主体与机电箱通过吊耳连接,所述电梯门主体内的内侧面设有防夹组合框,所述防夹组合框的内部设有防夹板,所述防夹板的外端面设有塑胶防护套,所述塑胶防护套的中间位置的上下方均设有凹槽,所述凹槽的内部设有红外感应器,所述防夹板的内端面与防夹组合框通过固定伸缩杆与固定伸缩套固定连接。该发明中在防夹板的内端面的中部位置设有红外感应器,通过红外感应器可以对人体进行感应,对控制装置发出信号,及时阻止电梯门关闭,避免电梯门夹伤人员,将红外感应器与防夹板组装为一体,可以起到双重防夹的作用。
