A wire coil lifting appliance comprises a cross beam and a lifting mechanism. The hoisting mechanisms are symmetrically arranged at the two ends of the cross beam. The hoisting mechanism comprises a pull rod vertically connected below the beam, a transverse plate is vertically arranged at the lower end of the pull rod, and strip-shaped holes are formed in the two ends of the transverse plate. The hoisting mechanism further comprises a pair of swing rods, the upper ends of the two swing rods are rotationally connected to the same sliding block and slidably arranged on the pull rod, the two swing rods penetrate through the strip-shaped holes in the two ends of the transverse plate respectively, supporting rods are perpendicularly arranged on the sides, facing the middle of the cross beam, of the lower ends of the swing rods, locking blocks penetrate through the middle sections of the swing rods, and the front ends of the swing rods face the ends of the transverse plate. When the bottom face of the locking block abuts against the top face of the transverse plate, and the swing rod abuts against the side, facing the end of the transverse plate, of the strip-shaped hole, a preset distance exists between the two supporting rods on the same hoisting mechanism, and the distance is smaller than the diameter of a wire coil. According to the scheme, the wire coil can be hoisted by avoiding a center hole of the wire coil, and the connection and separation processes with the wire coil are simple and easy to realize.

    一种线卷吊具,包括:横梁及吊装机构。吊装机构数量为一对,对称设于横梁的两端。吊装机构包括垂直连接于横梁下方的拉杆,其下端垂直设有横板,横板的两端开设有条形孔。吊装机构还包括一对摆杆,两根摆杆的上端转动连接于同一滑块,其滑动设于拉杆上,两根摆杆分别穿过横板两端的条形孔,摆杆的下端朝向横梁中部的一侧均垂直设有支撑杆,摆杆的中段穿设有锁块,其前端朝向横板端部;当锁块底面与横板的顶面抵接,摆杆与条形孔朝向横板端部的一侧抵接时,同一吊装机构上的两根支撑杆之间具有预定距离,该距离小于线卷的直径。本方案可避开线卷的中心孔对线卷进行吊装,与线卷的连接及分离过程简单,且易实现。
