The invention discloses an exhaust braking self-adaptive control method and engineering machinery, and the method comprises the following steps: responding to a signal that the opening degree of an accelerator is zero, entering an exhaust braking function preparation stage, and obtaining a real-time rotating speed value of an engine; when the real-time rotating speed value of the engine is larger than or equal to a preset rotating speed threshold value, an instruction for starting the exhaust braking function is output, and the preset rotating speed threshold value is obtained according to the load data of the whole vehicle and the gear data of the gearbox; obtaining the load data and the real-time speed of the whole vehicle at the starting moment of the exhaust braking function in the current service cycle; calculating the real-time impact degree; and in response to the fact that the real-time impact degree is not equal to the preset impact degree threshold value, the rotating speed value of the engine at the exhaust braking function starting moment in the current use period is corrected, and the obtained preset rotating speed threshold value is corrected. According to the self-adaptive exhaust braking system, the exhaust braking function can be controlled in a self-adaptive mode under the conditions of different loads and different gears.

    本发明公开了一种排气制动自适应控制方法及工程机械,方法包括:响应于油门开度为零的信号,进入排气制动功能预备阶段,获取发动机的实时转速数值;响应于发动机的实时转速数值大于等于预设转速阈值,输出开启排气制动功能的指令,预设转速阈值是根据整车的载重数据和变速箱的挡位数据得到的;获取当前使用周期排气制动功能启动时刻整车的载重数据和实时车速;计算实时冲击度;响应于实时冲击度不等于预设冲击度阈值,对当前使用周期排气制动功能启动时刻的发动机的转速数值进行修正,对得到的预设转速阈值进行修正。本发明能够在不同载重和不同挡位情况下,对排气制动功能进行自适应控制。
