The invention discloses an offshore multi-floating-body photovoltaic system. A wave dissipation device of the photovoltaic system forms an outer frame, the wave dissipation device is connected to a seabed through a mooring device, floating body units are arranged in the outer frame in an array mode and connected through combined connecting pieces, a photovoltaic platform is installed on the top faces of the floating body units, and the photovoltaic platform forms an inverted-V-shaped photovoltaic panel through spring dampers of different lengths. According to the system, the wave dissipating device is adopted as an outer frame, the wave preventing and dissipating effects are achieved, and the integrity and stability are improved; the combined connecting pieces are adopted, so that movement in six degrees of freedom is guaranteed, the system is integrally flexible in waves, stress concentration is prevented, displacement can be limited, collision damage is prevented, and mounting and dismounting are convenient; the inverted-V-shaped photovoltaic panel is arranged by adopting the spring dampers with different lengths, the shielding effect can be reduced, the light energy capture rate, the energy absorption efficiency and the power generation efficiency of the photovoltaic panel can be improved, meanwhile, the influence of wind power is reduced, and the stability of the photovoltaic panel is improved.
