The invention discloses a self-driven workbench lifting mechanism which comprises a workbench, a guide rail and a driving air cylinder. Fixing plates are arranged at the four corners of the workbench, rotating shafts are arranged on the fixing plates, transmission wheels are eccentrically fixed to the rotating shafts, and rolling wheels which are rotationally connected are arranged on the circumferential surfaces of the transmission wheels; the driving air cylinder is arranged on the side wall of the workbench and located beside the fixing plate, a rotationally-connected connecting rod is arranged at the output end of the driving air cylinder, and the other end of the connecting rod is arranged on the rotating shaft in a sleeving mode and fixedly connected with the rotating shaft. The guide rail is located at the bottom of the workbench, when the transmission wheel makes contact with the guide rail, a gap exists between the workbench and the guide rail, and the workbench can move on the guide rail. When the transmission wheel is away from the guide rail, the workbench makes contact with the guide rail, and the workbench is stably fixed to the guide rail. The guide rail integrated structure design is achieved, the use precision of the guide rail is improved, the service life of the guide rail is prolonged, a foundation lower ejection mechanism is omitted, the foundation construction operation content is simplified, and the overall mechanism is easy to debug.
