The invention discloses a diagnosis method of a shock absorber, a storage medium, a controller and a vehicle. The diagnosis method of the shock absorber comprises the steps that acceleration data of a sprung structure and an unsprung structure of the vehicle are collected at a preset frequency within a preset period; calculating a first damping coefficient of the damper according to the acceleration data of the sprung structure and the acceleration data of the unsprung structure; and determining the failure condition of the shock absorber according to the first shock absorption coefficient of the shock absorber. According to the technical scheme, original acceleration sensors of the sprung structure and the unsprung structure of the vehicle are adopted, the acceleration data of the sprung structure in the preset period and the acceleration data of the unsprung structure in the preset period are obtained, and therefore the acceleration data of the sprung structure in the preset period can be obtained under the condition that no additional sensor is added and the original structure of a shock absorber is modified. The service life evaluation of the shock absorber is realized, and the setting cost of the shock absorber service life evaluation structure is saved.
