The invention discloses an automobile out-of-control power supply interruption control system and method based on sphere gap switch control. The control system comprises a communication chip, a miniature sphere gap switch energy storage capacitor, a transduction element energy storage capacitor, a switch control module, a detonation module, an automobile power supply control core electronic chip and a circuit board. The switch control module comprises a miniature sphere gap switch and a switch control module packaging shell; the miniature sphere gap switch comprises an anode pin, a trigger pin, an anode hemisphere, a cathode hemisphere and a cathode pin. The detonating module comprises a transduction element, an energetic charging device and a detonating module packaging shell; the control method comprises the steps that the communication chip controls the energy storage capacitor to release voltage pulses after receiving a detonation signal transmitted by satellite communication, the detonation module forms a path after the switch control module is closed, and the energetic material is detonated under the heat effect of current to damage the power supply circuit core chip. The automobile power supply control core electronic chip is controlled to be damaged by detonation energy, so that the automobile loses power, and the safety is improved.

    本发明公开了一种基于球隙开关控制的汽车失控电源中断控制系统及方法,控制系统包括通信芯片、微型球隙开关储能电容、换能元储能电容、开关控制模块、起爆模块、汽车电源控制核心电子芯片和电路板;开关控制模块包括微型球隙开关和开关控制模块封装外壳;微型球隙开关包括阳极引脚、触发针、阳极半球、阴极半球和阴极引脚;起爆模块包括换能元、含能装药装置和起爆模块封装外壳;控制方法为:通信芯片接收卫星通信传来的起爆信号后,控制储能电容释放电压脉冲,起爆模块在开关控制模块闭合后形成通路,在电流的热效应下将含能材料引爆,毁坏供电电路核心芯片。本发明控制汽车电源控制核心电子芯片被爆轰能量毁坏,使汽车失去动力,提高了安全性。
