The invention relates to the technical field of hoisting, and particularly discloses a self-adjustable hoisting device for house building construction, which comprises a pulley block, the balance box is arranged at the bottom end of the pulley assembly, and the balance box is used for sensing the pressure at the two ends of the hoisted building material; the supporting pipe is arranged at the rear end of the balance box and used for supporting the lower part of the device; the load assembly is arranged below the balance box, and the load assembly is used in cooperation with the balance box; when the two load assemblies are stressed differently, the balance block can move towards the direction with low air pressure under the influence of the air pressure of the load assembly with higher pressure, the balance block is in contact with the close metal wire, the motor is turned into a power-on state through the metal wire and the balance block, and the motor is started to drive the adjusting assembly to operate and drive the bearing seat to adjust the gravity center of the building material; and the pressure difference of the two load assemblies is gradually reduced in the moving process of the bearing seat until the two load assemblies are balanced in stress, and the balance block returns to the middle end of the balance box again.
