The invention relates to a whole vehicle thermal management control method based on motor stalling heating, and belongs to the technical field of whole vehicle thermal management. The method comprises the following steps: S1, establishing models of a heat pump air-conditioning system, a battery and a passenger compartment of the electric vehicle based on a lumped parameter method, and laying a foundation for establishing a subsequent thermal management system control strategy; s2, establishing a mathematical model and a thermal model of the electric vehicle motor; s3, researching a motor stalling heating method, a whole vehicle thermal management control logic when the vehicle is static and a battery charging strategy; and S4, designing a model prediction control strategy combined with a motor stalling heating method. On the basis of the motor locked-rotor heating method, the intelligent model predictive control strategy is utilized to perform coupling control on the integrated thermal management system comprising the battery, the passenger compartment and the motor, temperature control and energy-saving control of the power battery are achieved, and good temperature control and energy-saving effects are achieved.

    本发明涉及一种基于电机堵转加热的整车热管理控制方法,属于整车热管理技术领域。该方法包括步骤:S1:基于集总参数法建立了电动汽车热泵空调系统、电池以及乘员舱的模型,为后续热管理系统控制策略的建立奠定了基础;S2:建立了电动汽车电机的数学模型和热模型;S3:研究了电机堵转加热方法、车辆静止时的整车热管理控制逻辑和电池充电策略;S4:设计了一种结合电机堵转加热方法的模型预测控制策略。本发明基于电机堵转加热方法利用智能模型预测控制策略对包含电池、乘员舱和电机的集成式热管理系统进行耦合控制,实现动力电池的温度控制和节能控制,具有较好的温控和节能效果。
