The invention provides a heat management integration module, a control method and an electric vehicle. The heat management integration module comprises a flow channel flat plate, a compressor, a condenser, a heat regenerator, an evaporator, a heat exchanger, an expansion valve, a first adjusting valve and a second adjusting valve. The runner flat plate is provided with first to fifth channels and two secondary refrigerant inlets/outlets; an exhaust port of the compressor, a refrigerant channel of the condenser, the first channel, a first refrigerant channel of the heat regenerator, the second channel, a refrigerant channel of the evaporator, the third channel, the other refrigerant channel of the heat regenerator and an air suction port of the compressor are sequentially connected. The fourth channel is connected with the condenser and the heat exchanger; the fifth channel is connected with the heat exchanger and the evaporator; the first secondary refrigerant inlet/outlet is respectively connected with two ends of a secondary refrigerant channel of the condenser; the second secondary refrigerant inlet/outlet is respectively connected with two ends of a secondary refrigerant channel of the evaporator; the expansion valve is arranged in the second channel, the first adjusting valve is arranged in the fourth channel, and the second adjusting valve is arranged in the fifth channel.
