The invention provides a locking system of an electric bicycle. The locking system of the electric bicycle comprises a locking device, a rotating speed sensor, a torque sensor and a controller. The rotation speed sensor senses steering information of a crank of the electric bicycle. The torque sensor obtains torque information applied by the crank to a fluted disc of the electric bicycle. The controller is coupled to the locking device, the rotating speed sensor and the torque sensor. And when the locking device is in a locked state, the controller unlocks the locking device according to the steering information and the torque information. Therefore, the convenience of unlocking the electric bicycle can be improved.
