The invention provides a TBM assembling method which is applied to the technical field of tunnel construction. The method comprises the following steps: assembling cutter head blocks in an assembling cavity to obtain a center block; the stepping mechanism bottom plate is assembled; positioning and hoisting the bottom shield; the main drive is assembled; respectively hoisting a main beam I and a main beam II; the rear support, the spare parts and the shoe plate are assembled in sequence; turning over the central block; and the top shield is hoisted. In this way, the assembling efficiency of the TBM can be improved.

    本发明提供了一种TBM的组装方法,应用于隧道施工技术领域。所述方法包括对组装洞室中各刀盘分块进行组装,得到中心块;对步进机构底板进行组装;对底护盾进行定位吊装;对主驱动进行组装;分别吊装主梁一和主梁二;依次对后支撑、各散件、靴板进行组装;对中心块进行翻身;对顶护盾进行吊装。以此方式,可以提高对TBM的组装效率。
