The invention discloses environment-friendly EPDM/NR (Ethylene-Propylene-Diene Monomer/Natural Rubber) blended sidewall rubber and a preparation process thereof, and relates to the technical field of rubber blending modification.Firstly, EPDM and NR are respectively subjected to thin-passing plastication to form rubber sheets, then cutting and banburying are performed, zinc oxide, stearic acid, a scorch retarder and resin are sequentially added, ZDMA and carbon black are continuously added, and finally naphthenic oil is added for mixing. Dicumyl peroxide (DCP) is added into the EPDM master batch, and sulfur and a vulcanizing aid CZ are added into the NR master batch. And uniformly mixing the two obtained master batches in an open mill to obtain the EPDM/NR blended sidewall rubber. According to the invention, by optimizing the ratio of EPDM to NR and a vulcanization system, the dependence on a harmful anti-aging agent 4020 is significantly reduced, and the environmental protection property and safety are improved. The improved preparation process enhances the compatibility of EPDM and NR, ensures the uniform distribution of the vulcanizing agent, and enhances the mechanical properties and durability of the sidewall rubber.

    本发明公开了一种环保型EPDM/NR并用胎侧胶及其制备工艺,涉及橡胶共混改性技术领域,首先分别对EPDM和NR进行薄通塑炼形成胶片,再进行裁剪和密炼,依次加入氧化锌、硬脂酸、防焦剂和树脂,继续加入ZDMA和炭黑,最终加入环烷油混炼。对EPDM母炼胶添加过氧化二异丙苯DCP,对NR母炼胶添加硫黄和硫化助剂CZ。将得到的两种母炼胶在开炼机中混合均匀后,制得最终的EPDM/NR并用胎侧胶。本发明通过优化EPDM和NR的配比及硫化体系,显著减少了对有害防老剂4020的依赖,提高了环保性和安全性。改进的制备工艺增强了EPDM和NR的相容性,确保了硫化剂均匀分布,提升了胎侧胶的机械性能和耐久性。
