The invention discloses a charging parking space intelligent management system and method, and belongs to the technical field of cloud management. First, a short-time reservation charging module is provided to allow a user to reserve a charging service at a nearby public charging station. And secondly, a gun head real-time monitoring module is provided for monitoring idle gun heads in the charging station, so that the resource utilization rate of the charging station is optimized. And then, providing an intelligent calculation module to intelligently recommend the charging gun head which should be used by the user and the corresponding parking space according to the vehicle arrival condition of the user and the distribution condition of the idle gun head. And an overtime charging and billing module is also provided for monitoring whether the vehicle of the user occupies the charging position or not after charging is completed, overtime charging is carried out according to the occupation time, the user is encouraged to release the charging position in time, and resource waste is avoided. Therefore, by introducing the reservation and occupation management technology and the overtime charging technology, the problems of reservation and occupation conflict, overtime occupation and charging management in related technologies can be solved.
