The invention discloses an automobile tire full life cycle management method for prolonging the service life of a tire. The method comprises the steps that periodic management is conducted on the automobile tire; detecting the wear degrees of all tires of the automobile, and carrying out wear matching on the tires: sorting the tires according to the wear degrees to form a to-be-matched tire sequence; detecting the distribution condition of the wear of the tire along the width direction; starting from the target tire with the most serious abrasion degree, a matched tire is searched in the remaining tires, and the matched tire is the tire with the highest negative correlation degree with the distribution condition of the abrasion of the target tire in the tire width direction; repeatedly carrying out wear matching until all the tires are matched one by one; and the positions of the matched tires are exchanged. Through scientific analysis of tire wear distribution, a tire position replacement scheme is provided, and wear is shared, so that the overall service life of the tire is prolonged, and the purposes of reducing the operation cost and improving the production efficiency are achieved.

    本申请公开了一种延长轮胎使用寿命的汽车轮胎全生命周期管理方法,包括对汽车轮胎的周期性管理;检测汽车所有轮胎的磨损程度,对轮胎进行磨损匹配:轮胎按照磨损程度排序,形成待匹配轮胎序列;检测轮胎的磨损沿宽度方向的分布情况;从磨损程度最严重的目标轮胎开始,在剩余的轮胎中查找匹配轮胎,匹配轮胎为与该目标轮胎的磨损沿轮胎宽度方向的分布情况负相关度最高的轮胎;重复进行磨损匹配,直到所有轮胎均一对一匹配;匹配的轮胎进行位置调换。本申请通过对轮胎磨损分布的科学分析,提供轮胎位置的更换方案,将磨损分摊从而提高轮胎的总体使用寿命,从而达到降低运营成本、提高生产效率的目的。
