The invention discloses a thermal management regulation and control system of a hydrogen fuel cell passenger car. The thermal management regulation and control system comprises a battery pack thermal management system, a heat pump air conditioning system and a passenger compartment thermal management system. The heat pump air conditioning system comprises a compressor, a condenser, an evaporator, an outdoor heat exchanger, a first valve, a second valve, a third valve and a second expansion valve; the battery pack thermal management system comprises a first water pump, a second water pump, a fuel battery, a lithium battery, a dehumidifier, a radiator, a circulation loop module, a PTC electric auxiliary heating module, a fourth valve, a fifth valve, a sixth valve and a seventh valve. The passenger compartment thermal management system comprises a first fan, a second fan, a fan and a passenger compartment; the passenger compartment heat management system can recycle waste heat of a battery power source to be used for treating sensible heat and latent heat loads in a passenger compartment. The passenger compartment heat management system is further provided with an air conditioner air duct in the passenger compartment, wherein the air conditioner air duct can achieve switching among the refrigerating function, the heating function, the adsorption dehumidification function and the desorption function of the passenger compartment.

    本发明公开了一种氢燃料电池乘用车的热管理调控系统,包括电池组热管理系统、热泵空调系统和乘员舱热管理系统;热泵空调系统包括压缩机、冷凝器、蒸发器、室外换热器、第一阀门、第二阀门、第三阀门和第二膨胀阀;电池组热管理系统包括第一水泵、第二水泵、燃料电池、锂电池、除湿器、散热器、循环回路模块、PTC电辅热模块、第四阀门、第五阀门、第六阀门和第七阀门;乘员舱热管理系统包括第一风机、第二风机、风扇和乘员舱;本发明为一种可以回收利用电池动力源的余热用于处理乘员舱内显热与潜热负荷的乘员舱热管理系统,还具有实现乘员舱制冷、制热、吸附除湿、脱附解吸功能之间切换的乘员舱内空调风道。
