The invention belongs to the technical field of electric vehicles, and discloses a vehicle-mounted charging and discharging system and method. The vehicle-mounted charging and discharging system comprises a power battery, a vehicle-mounted charging and discharging module, an in-vehicle discharging panel high-voltage switch, an in-vehicle load module and a controller. According to the vehicle-mounted charging and discharging system, the controller controls the on-off of the high-voltage switch of the in-vehicle discharging panel according to the electric quantity of the power battery, the working state of the vehicle-mounted charging and discharging module and the on-off state of the in-vehicle load module; and discharging control is performed on the in-vehicle household appliance load in the in-vehicle load module through the power battery. On-off of the high-voltage switch of the in-vehicle discharging panel is controlled firstly, whether the in-vehicle household electrical appliance load in the in-vehicle load module needs to be charged or not can be judged, and if yes, discharging control can be conducted on the in-vehicle household electrical appliance load through the power battery, so that when the vehicle is charged, the in-vehicle household electrical appliance load in the in-vehicle load module is not charged. And power is supplied to an in-vehicle household appliance load through the in-vehicle socket panel.

    本申请属于电动汽车技术领域,公开了一种车载充放电系统及方法。车载充放电系统包括:动力电池、车载充放电模块、车内放电面板高压开关、车内负载模块以及控制器;本申请通过控制器根据动力电池的电量、车载充放电模块的工作状态以及车内负载模块的开关状态对车内放电面板高压开关的通断进行控制,再通过车载充放电模块在车内放电面板高压开关闭合时,通过动力电池对车内负载模块中的车内家电负载进行放电控制。本申请先对车内放电面板高压开关的通断进行控制,能够判断是否需要对车内负载模块中的车内家电负载进行充电,如果需要,可通过动力电池对车内家电负载进行放电控制,从而实现车辆在充电时,通过车内插座面板向车内家电负载供电。
