The invention discloses a vehicle kinetic energy feedback control method which comprises the steps that when a vehicle is in a kinetic energy feedback state, road condition information at least including the real-time distance of a recognition target in the vehicle advancing direction in the vehicle advancing direction is obtained, and then the target deceleration of the vehicle in the motor kinetic energy feedback process is obtained according to the road condition information; and according to the target deceleration, the feedback torque of the motor is adjusted to control the vehicle to decelerate. Therefore, the method can adapt to different driving road conditions, so that the kinetic energy feedback intensity of the motor is automatically and flexibly adjusted according to different driving conditions, and the driving experience is improved.
