The invention provides an adjustable self-protection zero-gravity seat control method which comprises a zero-gravity mode control method, a rest mode control method and a driving mode control method, and the feedback receiving time of a seat controller in the zero-gravity mode control method, the rest mode control method and the driving mode control method in the zero-gravity mode control method and the rest mode control method in the driving mode control method can be preset into a fixed value. Under normal conditions, a time threshold value which is 3-5 times of normal feedback time can be set, so that normal function adjustment can be ensured, and influence on use due to long-time waiting is avoided; the control method under the three modes has the advantages that the control system of the controller is prevented from crashing due to the fact that the controller waits for the feedback pulse number of the motor for a long time due to program redundancy, and then the controller is prevented from being damaged; on the other hand, hardware faults can be rapidly checked, and time and labor are saved.
本发明提供了一种可调节自保护的零重力座椅控制方法,包括零重力模式、小憩模式和驾驶模式三种模式的控制方法,其中在零重力模式、小憩模式和驾驶模式下的座椅控制器的反馈接受时间可以预先设定好固定值,通常情况下可以设定为正常反馈时间的3‑5倍时间阈值,这样不仅能够保证正常功能调节,也避免长时间等待而影响使用;三种模式下的控制方法处理的好处是排除因为程序冗余造成控制器长时间等待电机的反馈脉冲数而造成控制器的控制系统的奔溃,进而造成控制器损坏;另外一方面可以快速排查因为硬件故障,节省时间人力。
