The invention provides a submergible unmanned ship for underwater recovery and a working method. The submergible unmanned ship comprises a sealed ship body, a mechanical arm mechanism, a vector distribution propeller mechanism and a buoyancy adjusting system. The mechanical arm mechanism and the vector distribution propeller mechanism are installed on the sealed boat body, and the buoyancy adjusting system is installed in the sealed boat body. The buoyancy adjusting system comprises an injector and an electric piston push rod; and the electric piston push rod is connected with the injector and drives the injector to absorb or discharge seawater. The four vector distribution propellers provide thrust to control three-degree-of-freedom movement in the horizontal plane, a submersible mechanism composed of an electric piston push rod and an injector is used for pumping and draining water to control the diving depth, the movement flexibility of the docking device is improved, and the docking success rate under marine environment interference is increased.
