The invention relates to a container ship step subsection construction method and a step subsection. The method comprises the steps that 1, the step subsection is divided into a plurality of deck sheet bodies; 2, deck sheet bodies are folded layer by layer in an inverted state, and a first datum line is drawn on the ground with the center edge of the deck as the datum; marking out a second datum line by taking the margin-free edge in the bow and stern directions of the deck of the deck sheet body as the datum; the theoretical offset distance between the center edges of the decks is parallel to the first datum line, and a theoretical datum line is drawn; supporting columns are arranged along the theoretical datum line; folding and positioning the deck sheet body layer by layer according to the theoretical datum line and the second datum line; and 3, after all the deck sheet bodies are folded and positioned, the precision of the step segments is checked. According to the step subsection construction method, precision measurement is conducted by means of the total station after the deck sheet bodies are manufactured and folded, the folding and positioning process can be achieved without the aid of the total station, folding and positioning of the deck sheet bodies can be rapidly achieved through the plumb bob, and the construction efficiency is improved.

    本发明涉及一种集装箱船阶梯分段建造方法及阶梯分段,包括:步骤1、将阶梯分段划分为若干甲板片体;步骤2、反态进行甲板片体逐层合拢,甲板中心边为基准在地面划出第一基准线;以甲板片体的甲板的艏艉方向无余量边为基准划出第二基准线;甲板中心边之间的理论断差距离平行于第一基准线划出理论基准线;沿理论基准线设置支撑柱;将甲板片体按照理论基准线和第二基准线逐层合拢定位;步骤3、待所有的甲板片体合拢定位完成后检验阶梯分段的精度。本发明的阶梯分段建造方法仅在甲板片体制作后及甲板片体合拢后借助全站仪进行精度测量,合拢定位过程不需要借助全站仪即可实现,通过线锤可以较为快速实现甲板片体的合拢定位,提升了建造的效率。
