The device comprises a bearing table, a test airfoil and a plurality of force load applying devices, the bearing table comprises an upper bearing table and a lower bearing table, the test airfoil is arranged on the upper bearing table, and the force load applying devices are arranged on the lower bearing table; the force load applying device is in contact with the lower surface of the test airfoil; the force load applying device comprises a servo electric cylinder, the servo electric cylinder is connected with the lower bearing table, and the upper half part of the force load applying device is pushed by the servo electric cylinder to move upwards to apply a load to the test airfoil. According to the deformed wing follow-up loading device, the force load applying time and the load size are flexibly controlled through the force load applying device, so that the load acting on the tested wing surface approximately simulates the effect of an aerodynamic load, and the deformed wing follow-up loading device can be deformed along with the wing surface.
