    本发明提供一种矿山机械金属钻头吊运设备,涉及吊运设备技术领域,包括主架、限位机构和内弧板,主架下方两端与内弧板两端转动连接,限位机构设置在内弧板的内弧面,限位机构用于紧固钻头本体,限位机构包括限位环和端托,限位环为半环结构设置,两个限位环对称套设在钻头本体外壁,限位环的两端通过第一螺栓紧固连接,端托套设在钻头本体的刀头端外壁。本发明通过主架、钢丝绳和内弧板的配合,可实现在对钻头本体上料前,对内弧板翻转至内弧面朝下,便于对钻头本体安装,组装好后对内弧板翻转,该状态下的钻头本体通过转轴、内弧板、钢丝绳、主架和限位机构的配合进行稳定支撑的效果,相较于单独使用钢丝绳吊起运输更有安全性。
