The invention relates to the technical field of logistics storage carrying robots, in particular to a lifting mechanism capable of being separated and reunited and a using method thereof.The lifting mechanism comprises a lifting rack, a lifting gear, a transmission system, a separation and reunion track, a separation and reunion roller, a separation and reunion system, a rack capable of being separated and reunited, a double-head hydraulic cylinder and a hydraulic driving system. A lifting mechanism capable of being separated and combined can be installed on a logistics robot walking on the ground to carry goods, so that the logistics robot not only can walk on the ground to carry the goods, but also can do lifting motion in a lifting frame to carry the goods up and down.     本发明涉及物流仓储搬运机器人技术领域,具体涉及一种可离合的升降机构及其使用方法,包括升降机架和升降齿轮及传动系统,还包括离合轨道、离合滚轮及系统、可离合机架、双头液压缸和液压驱动系统。一种可离合的升降机构,可安装在地面行走搬运货物的物流机器人上,使得物流机器人不但可以在地面行走搬运货物,还可以在升降框架内做升降运动而实现上下搬运货物,这种可离合的升降机构不但能大大拓展地面行走物流搬运机器人的工作空间范围,而且这种可离合的升降机构成本经济,操作方便,安全可靠。
