The invention provides an energy-saving air conditioning system utilizing liquefied natural gas cold energy and automobile waste heat and a method of the energy-saving air conditioning system, and belongs to the technical field of energy recycling. The problem of low energy utilization rate in the prior art is solved. According to the technical scheme, the cold and hot temperature difference between boil-off gas at an outlet of the liquefied natural gas storage tank and the engine and tail gas is used for generating electricity, and when the temperature in the vehicle is high, the cold energy recovery module switches the mode to preferentially convey low temperature to the air conditioning device to assist in cooling of the compartment; and meanwhile, the waste heat driving refrigeration module conducts absorption refrigeration through waste heat of an engine and tail gas, the refrigeration energy consumption of the air conditioner is effectively reduced, and when the temperature in the vehicle is low, the waste heat heating module sends heat energy of the engine and the tail gas emission position to the air conditioner device for heating after thermoelectric power generation. Liquefied natural gas cooling capacity and automobile waste heat recycling are combined with the air conditioning device, echelon comprehensive utilization of vehicle-mounted cold and hot energy resources is achieved, and the energy utilization efficiency of the liquefied natural gas automobile is improved.

    本发明提供了一种利用液化天然气冷能和汽车余热的节能空调系统及其方法,属于能量回收利用技术领域。它解决了现有技术能源利用率低的问题。发明技术方案利用液化天然气存储罐出口蒸发气体与发动机及尾气之间的冷热温差进行发电,在车内温度较高时,冷能回收模块切换模式将低温优先输送至空调装置,辅助车厢供冷,同时余热驱动制冷模块利用发动机和尾气余热进行吸收式制冷,有效降低空调制冷能耗,在车内温度较低时,余热供暖模块将发动机和尾气排放处的热能,在温差发电之后将余热送往至空调装置供暖。本发明将液化天然气冷量和汽车余热回收利用与空调装置相结合,实现了车载冷热能资源的梯次综合利用,提高了液化天然气汽车的能源利用效率。
