The invention relates to the field of track geometric state detection, in particular to a track geometric state detection method and system based on IMU and SIMPACK. The method comprises the following steps: acquiring angular velocity and acceleration data of IMU (Inertial Measurement Unit) equipment on a track inspection vehicle, establishing a track inspection vehicle dynamic model in combination with SIMPACK dynamic software, and acquiring normal attitude and displacement data in a standard track simulation test. And comparing and detecting the overall geometric state of the track by using acquired data, and determining an abnormal interval at track details through sudden change of attitude and displacement so as to detect the geometric state of the track details. According to the technical method, whether the overall geometric state of the track is normal or not is judged by comparing simulation data, and the abrupt change abnormal point of the track is obtained by fusing attitude calculation and displacement calculation of IMU (Inertial Measurement Unit) data. And multi-aspect geometric state detection of the track by single IMU equipment is realized. The method is low in calculation complexity, high in detection efficiency and easy to implement.

    本发明涉及轨道几何状态检测领域,尤其涉及基于IMU和SIMPACK的轨道几何状态检测方法及系统。通过采集轨检车上IMU设备的角速度与加速度数据,并结合SIMPACK动力学软件建立轨检车动力学模型,在规范轨道仿真测试中获取正常姿态与位移数据。利用采集数据对比检测轨道整体几何状态,并通过姿态与位移的突变确定轨道细节处的异常区间,从而检测轨道细节几何状态。本发明所述的技术方法,通过对比仿真数据,判断轨道整体几何状态是否正常,通过融合对IMU数据的姿态解算与位移解算,获取轨道的突变异常点。实现单一IMU设备对轨道多方面几何状态检测。该方法计算复杂度低,检测效率高,易于实现。
