The invention relates to an axle control system, an engineering vehicle and an engineering vehicle control method. The axle control system comprises a suspension oil cylinder assembly; the first control unit is connected with a rodless cavity of the lifting bridge oil cylinder and a rod cavity of the lifting bridge oil cylinder and is configured to switch the communication state between the rodless cavity of the lifting bridge oil cylinder and the rod cavity of the lifting bridge oil cylinder; the second control unit is arranged on an oil path between the rodless cavity of the non-lifting bridge oil cylinder and the rodless cavity of the lifting bridge oil cylinder and is configured to switch the conduction state of the rodless cavity of the non-lifting bridge oil cylinder and the rodless cavity of the lifting bridge oil cylinder; the processor is in signal connection with the first control unit and the second control unit and is configured to switch the communication state between a rodless cavity of the lifting bridge oil cylinder and a rod cavity of the lifting bridge oil cylinder through the first control unit and switch the conduction state between the non-lifting bridge oil cylinder and the lifting bridge oil cylinder through the second control unit. Therefore, the working state of the axle is adjusted.
