The invention discloses a locking assembly and an electric vehicle. The lock shaft is installed on the side wall of the battery pack and provided with a locking part and a limiting part in the axis direction, and the limiting part is provided with a protruding part in the radial direction of the locking part and used for limiting movement of the locking part in the axis direction. The lock base is provided with an opening and a cavity extending from the opening, the lock shaft enters the cavity through the opening, a containing groove is formed in the cavity, and the lock shaft is clamped in the containing groove so as to limit movement of the lock shaft in the axis direction. The locking assembly comprises a lock shaft; the locking mechanism comprises a lock base and a spring bolt. The spring bolt rotates relative to the lock base so as to change between an unlocking state and a locking state, and when the spring bolt is in the locking state, the locking part can be prevented from leaving the cavity from the opening. The two ends of the limiting part extend out of the two ends of the locking part, and the containing groove is matched with the limiting part so as to limit movement of the locking part in the axis direction. The limiting assembly can reliably prevent the battery pack from moving relative to the quick-change support.
