The invention relates to an automobile intelligent electric chassis, and discloses a double-tandem type steering suspension integrated module based on a linear rotating motor, which comprises a wheel assembly, a suspension system, a first steering system and a second steering system. The integrated module is different from a parallel structure in which a suspension system and a steering system in a traditional wheel are simultaneously connected with the wheel and a vehicle body, a vehicle body-steering-suspension-steering-wheel double-series structure is adopted, and the structure has the characteristics of redundant steering and high integration level at the same time. According to the integrated module, two sets of master pins are arranged on the basis of a candle type suspension, the master pins and the master pins are redundant and complementary to each other, and the operation stability of a vehicle at a high speed and the maneuverability of the vehicle at a low speed can be considered at the same time. The integrated module integrates the second steering system and the suspension system into a whole through the linear rotating motor, the wheel edge integration degree is further improved, and due to the fact that the integrated module is connected with the vehicle body only through the second steering system, the integrated module further has the advantage of being fast to disassemble and assemble.

    本发明面向汽车智能电动底盘,公开了一种基于直线旋转电机的双串联式转向悬架集成模块,包括车轮总成、悬架系统、第一转向系统和第二转向系统。所述集成模块不同于传统车轮中悬架系统和转向系统同时连接车轮与车身的并联式架构,而是采用了车身‑转向‑悬架‑转向‑车轮的双串联架构,所述架构同时具备冗余转向和高集成度的特点。所述集成模块在烛式悬架基础上设立了两套主销,二者既互为冗余又互为补充,可同时兼顾车辆中高速下的操作稳定性和低速下的车辆机动性。所述集成模块还通过直线旋转电机将第二转向系统与悬架系统集成为一体,进一步提高了轮边集成度,且由于所述集成模块仅依靠第二转向系统与车身相连,因此其还具备快速拆装的优势。
