The invention discloses a self-adaptive morphing wing based on a chiral mechanical superstructure. The self-adaptive morphing wing comprises a fuselage connecting plate, the chiral mechanical superstructure, a wing leading edge plate and a skin, the fuselage connecting plate is connected with a cabin of the aircraft, one end of the wing leading edge plate is rotationally connected with the front end of the fuselage connecting plate, the multiple chiral mechanical superstructures are arranged between the fuselage connecting plate and the wing leading edge plate in an array mode, and the length direction of the chiral mechanical superstructures is in the spar direction. The two ends of one chiral mechanical superstructure are fixedly connected with the rear end of the fuselage connecting plate and the other end of the wing leading edge plate respectively; the chiral mechanical superstructure is formed by arraying a plurality of unit cell structures, each unit cell structure comprises chiral structural parts and connecting plates, the two chiral structural parts are distributed on the two sides of the two connecting plates, and one connecting plate is shared between every two adjacent unit cell structures; the chiral structural part comprises two cross beams and two longitudinal beams, the two longitudinal beams are located between the two cross beams and are in central symmetry, the two longitudinal beams, located on the diagonal line, of the same unit cell structure are of a symmetrical structure when projected to the same plane, and the two longitudinal beams, located at the same position, of the adjacent unit cell structures are symmetrical about the connecting plate. The wing can adaptively change sweepback and wing area along with the change of aerodynamic load.
