The invention provides a high-safety airplane brake framework. Comprising a brake instruction sensor A and a brake instruction sensor B which are arranged on a left pedal and a right pedal of a left driving position, a brake instruction sensor C and a brake instruction sensor D which are arranged on a left pedal and a right pedal of a right driving position, and an outer paired wheel brake system for braking outer paired wheels of an airplane, the outer coupling braking system comprises a braking outer channel control box and an outer coupling hydraulic braking subsystem, the outer coupling hydraulic braking subsystem comprises a hydraulic source 1, and an outlet of the hydraulic source 1 is connected with an outer airplane wheel hydraulic braking branch A and an outer airplane wheel hydraulic braking branch B which are connected with an outer airplane wheel A and an outer airplane wheel B of an outer coupling in parallel. The outer machine wheel hydraulic brake branch A and the outer machine wheel hydraulic brake branch B are respectively connected with an outer machine wheel brake control valve A and an outer machine wheel brake control valve B; an outer machine wheel speed sensor A and an outer machine wheel speed sensor B are respectively arranged on the outer side machine wheel A and the outer side machine wheel B; the brake outer channel control box is electrically connected with the outer machine wheel speed sensors A and B respectively, is further electrically connected with the outer machine wheel brake control valves A and B respectively, and is further electrically connected with the brake instruction sensors A, B, C and D respectively. Mutual independence of the systems from the source to the execution end is achieved, and high safety is achieved.

    本发明提供一种高安全性的飞机刹车架构。包括设置于左驾驶位的左、右脚蹬上的刹车指令传感器A、刹车指令传感器B,设置于右驾驶位的左、右脚蹬上的刹车指令传感器C、刹车指令传感器D,和用于对飞机外对轮进行刹车的外对轮刹车系统;所述的外对轮刹车系统包括刹车外通道控制盒和外对轮液压刹车子系统,外对轮液压刹车子系统包括液压源1,液压源1的出口并联有分别与外对轮的外侧机轮A、外侧机轮B连接的外机轮液压刹车支路A和外机轮液压刹车支路B,外机轮液压刹车支路A、B上分别连接有外机轮刹车控制阀A、外机轮刹车控制阀B;外侧机轮A、B上还分别设置有外机轮速度传感器A和外机轮速度传感器B;所述的刹车外通道控制盒分别与外机轮速度传感器A、B电连接,还分别与外机轮刹车控制阀A、B电连接,还分别与刹车指令传感器A、B、C、D电连接。本发明各系统之间实现了从源到执行端的相互独立,实现了较高的安全性。
