The invention relates to a vector thrust technology system device of a manned vertical take-off and landing aircraft (eVTOL). One or more sets of direct current servo electric cylinder systems (including planetary reducers) or direct current servo motor systems (including planetary reducers and gear chain transmission groups) on the inner side of an aircraft fuselage are used for accurately controlling rotation of wing spindles according to the closed-loop control principle of the servo motor systems. Due to the fact that the fixed wing and the multi-rotor wing or the multi-rotor wing set are fixed to the main shaft, the whole composite wing is driven, full tilting and precise positioning of all angles within +/-90 degrees can be achieved, and finally flexible conversion of various flight attitudes such as vertical take-off and landing, level flight cruising, climbing and glide landing of the aircraft is achieved. Through the system device, the flight power energy efficiency of the manned aircraft eVTOL can be further improved, the energy consumption is reduced, and the flight speed, the performance, the endurance time, the mileage and the like of the manned aircraft eVTOL are improved.
本发明涉及一种载人垂直起降飞行器(eVTOL)的矢量推力技术系统装置。由飞行器机身内侧的一套或多套直流伺服电动缸系统(含行星减速机),或直流伺服电机系统(含行星减速机与齿轮链条传动组),利用伺服电机系统的闭环控制原理,来精准控制机翼主轴的旋转。由于固定翼及多旋翼或多旋翼翼组均固定在主轴上,所以整个复合翼被带动,可以实现±90度内各角度的全倾转与精准定位,最终实现飞行器的垂直起降、平飞巡航,以及爬升、滑降等多种飞行姿态的灵活转换。通过该系统装置,可以进一步改善载人飞行器eVTOL的飞行动力能效、降低能耗,提高其飞行速度、性能,以及续航时间与里程等。
