The invention discloses a gel micro-thruster for space propulsion. The gel micro-thruster comprises an electrode plate, a sealing ring, a combustion chamber, a spray pipe, a threaded connection port, a feeding port, an anti-backfire channel and a thermal protection layer. The gel micro-thruster is small in size; the required gel propellant is continuously supplied by an injection pump; after the electrode plate is electrified, the gel propellant is ignited; the combustion rate of the gel propellant is regulated and controlled by changing the feeding flow of the gel propellant; when the flow of the gel propellant is constant, the propeller keeps working stably. In addition, the problems of current wiring and the like do not exist in the device, and related circuit contents are concentrated in a commercialized circuit board. Therefore, the gel micro-thruster is light in weight, convenient to carry, simple in structure and high in maneuverability, eliminates the influence of the problems of large size, complex lines during installation and the like of the conventional thruster on the space micro-nano satellite, and is mainly used for precisely controlling the thrust required by attitude adjustment and orbit offset of the space micro-nano satellite.

    本发明公开了一种用于空间推进的凝胶微推进器,包括电极板、密封圈、燃烧室、喷管、螺纹连接口、进料口、防回火通道、热防护层。该凝胶微推进器体积小;所需凝胶推进剂由注射泵连续供给;电极板通电后凝胶推进剂发生点火;通过改变凝胶推进剂的进料流量,调控凝胶推进剂的燃烧速率;当凝胶推进剂流量恒定时,推进器保持稳定工作。另外,本发明内部不存在电流接线等问题,有关电路内容集中在已商业化的电路板中。因此,该凝胶微推进器质量轻盈、携带便捷、结构简单、机动性强,消除了以往推进器体积大,安装时线路复杂等问题对空间微纳卫星的影响,主要用于对空间微纳卫星姿态调整和轨道偏移所需推力的精确控制。
