One end of the air collecting barrel sleeves the first base ring, and the other end of the air collecting barrel sleeves the second base ring; the anemograph is arranged on the inner wall of the second base ring; the connecting ring sleeves the periphery of the first base ring; the sealing ring is arranged between the connecting ring and the first base ring, and the top of the sealing ring protrudes out of the connecting ring and the first base ring; the fixing assembly is arranged on the connecting ring and used for keeping the sealing ring abutting against the plane where the air distributor is located. The air flow blown out by the air distributor can enter the air collecting barrel, the speed of the air flow can be measured by the anemograph when the air flow flows through the second base ring, at the moment, a worker can immediately know the air speed, the cross sectional area of the second base ring is constant, and the air volume data can be obtained by multiplying the cross sectional area of the second base ring by the air speed.
