The wheel variable-rigidity suspension device comprises an elastic bogie mechanism and a conical surface locking mechanism, and the elastic bogie mechanism is controlled by the conical surface locking mechanism to be in rigid connection or elastic connection. The wheel variable-rigidity suspension device has the advantages that the wheels are connected with the vehicle body through the wheel variable-rigidity suspension device, the wheels and the vehicle body can be switched between rigid connection and elastic connection according to needs through the elastic bogie mechanism and the conical surface holding mechanism in the wheel variable-rigidity suspension device, and the wheel variable-rigidity suspension device is simple in structure and convenient to assemble.
