The invention relates to the technical field of automobile damping, in particular to an oil damping device for self-adaptive damping adjustment of an automobile chassis and an adjusting method thereof.The oil damping device comprises an outer shell and a piston rod in sliding fit with the outer shell, the outer shell is connected with a fixing seat through a connecting frame, and the fixing seat is provided with an oil return assembly and a damping adjusting assembly; the damping adjusting assembly is connected with the oil return assembly through a transmission structure, vibration is attenuated through the combined action of the outer shell, the damping spring and the piston rod, the piston rod is in sliding fit with the outer shell under the action of a bumpy road surface, and therefore the oil return assembly acts along with the piston rod; when the oil return assembly enables the transmission structure to act and reach a preset value, the transmission structure drives the damping adjusting assembly to drive the lead screw to be in sliding fit with the outer shell, so that the position of the lifting plate in the outer shell is changed, the compression amount of the damping spring is changed, and in other words, the buffering elasticity is adjusted in a matched mode.

    本发明涉及汽车减震技术领域,具体是一种汽车底盘自适应调节阻尼的油减震装置及其调节方法,包括外壳体和与外壳体滑动配合的活塞杆,外壳体通过连接架连接有固定座,固定座上设置有回油组件,固定座还上设置有阻尼调节组件,阻尼调节组件通过传动结构与回油组件相连接,本发明利用外壳体、减震弹簧和活塞杆的共同作用来衰减震动,在颠簸路面的作用下活塞杆将与外壳体进行滑动配合,从而使得回油组件将跟随动作,当回油组件使得传动结构动作且达到预设值时,传动结构将驱使阻尼调节组件带动丝杆与外壳体滑动配合,从而改变升降板在外壳体内的位置,使得减震弹簧的压缩量发生改变,即缓冲的弹性进行相适配的调节。
