The invention provides an energy recovery control method and system for an electric loader, and the method comprises the following steps: obtaining the current working state data of the electric loader by a vehicle control unit, judging whether an energy recovery condition is met or not according to the current working state data, and when the energy recovery condition is met, starting the vehicle control unit; controlling the electric loader to enter an energy recovery mode; the vehicle control unit collects current operation data of the electric loader in the energy recovery mode, and compares the current operation data with a pre-stored recovery rule standard matrix to determine a recovery rule type; and the vehicle control unit generates a recovery instruction for the electric loader according to the recovery rule type, and informs the motor controller of recharging the energy of the walking motor to the power battery through the high-voltage battery box by using the recovery instruction. Energy recovery can be efficiently carried out according to the current working state, the problems that a new energy loader is high in energy consumption and short in endurance are solved, and the endurance time of equipment is prolonged.

    本发明提供一种电动装载机能量回收控制方法及系统,所述方法步骤如下:整车控制器获取电动装载机的当前工作状态数据,根据当前工作状态数据判断是否满足能量回收条件,并在满足能量回收条件时,控制电动装载机进入能量回收模式;整车控制器采集能量回收模式下电动装载机的当前运行数据,将当前运行数据与预先保存的回收规则标准矩阵进行比对确定回收规则类型;整车控制器根据回收规则类型为电动装载机生成回收指令,并使用回收指令通知电机控制器将行走电机的能量通过高压电池盒回充至动力电池。本发明能够按照当前工作状态高效地进行能量回收,解决了新能源装载机能耗高,续航短的问题,延长了设备的续航时间。
