The invention relates to the technical field of rail transit, in particular to a method and device for establishing a protection area of a train, electronic equipment and a storage medium. The method comprises the steps that whether a door of the current train is in an emergency unlocking state or not is judged; if the door of the current train is in the emergency unlocking state, the current position of the current train is obtained, and an initial protection area of the current train is established according to the current position; and determining first influence information of the initial protection area on the adjacent line and second influence information of the initial protection area on the management area of the adjacent area controller, and establishing a final protection area of the current train according to the first influence information, the second influence information and the initial protection area. Therefore, the problem that life safety risks of passengers are caused by related technologies is solved, and the train is ensured not to enter a dangerous area by establishing the protection area and correlating and considering the adjacent lines, so that the running safety of the train is improved, and the life safety of the passengers is ensured.
